Katie’s Kickbutt Bootcamp
The 45 minute or 1 hour session flies by with great music and a lot of enthusiasm and motivation. A fun, high energy Kick-butt class. We promise you results. We always change up the workouts so your body doesn’t adapt. In this class you use your own body weight for resistance. For example, squats, lunges and push-ups. We also incorporate circuits, drills and ab workouts for a combination that keeps you on your toes and never getting bored.
Katie’s Kickbutt Booty Tone
Booty Tone focuses on sculpting that booty. This 60 minute combines a little cardio with plenty of squats, lunges and glute kicks. This class is a lot of fun with great music and fun exercises that focus on everyone’s favorite asset!
Katie’s Kickbutt Boxing Bootcamp
Come punch your way to a Kick-butt work out! I incorporate cardio moves with basic boxing moves for a workout that keeps you on your toes literally. Drills, 20-45 second Cardio Burst and a great core workout will keep you coming back to get your butt-kicked.

Using an 8-10 pound Kettle bell you will do compound exercises to get the maximum results. Challenging and fun! Kickbutt Kettle Bell is a total body work out but really sculpts that upper body! Try it today!
