Katie’s Kickbutt Bootcamp
The 45 minutes classe flies by with great music and a lot of enthusiasm and motivation. A fun, high energy Kick-butt class. We promise you results. We always change up the workouts so your body doesn’t adapt. In this class you use your own body weight for resistance. For example, squats, lunges and push-ups. We also incorporate circuits, drills and ab workouts for a combination that keeps you on your toes and never getting bored.
Come punch your way to a Kick-butt work out! I incorporate cardio moves with basic boxing moves for a workout that keeps you on your toes literally. Drills, 20-45 second Cardio Burst and a great core workout will keep you coming back to get your butt-kicked.
3-2-1 Shred 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes of cardio, 1 minute abs, then a 1 minute break! 5 rounds! Get it done and get your sweat on!!!

Arms and Abs ATTACK!
A combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) mixed with strength training that focuses on your upper body. This class is sure to tone your arms and abs for tank top/ bikini season! Feel the burn and burn those calories with this Kickbutt class!
Combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
STRONG combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Keeping your Core strong is so important to always remain strong through out your life. Come challenge yourself using gliders, pilates balls and Bosu balls to work your Complete Core!
Have you tried TABATA (20 mins High Intensity with a 10 second break) Well here is your chance while focusing on your core muscles and getting some more cardio in! We will also be adding a little more in switching it up every week with a round of surprise exercises with the Kettle bell.

We combined everyone’s 2 favorite ways to kickbutt Cardio Kickboxing and strength training to bring you the best work out around and one that we definitely kick your butt. Starting with fun Cardio Kick moves then incorporating the weights to gain total body strength. Don’t miss out on this great class!
POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series.
