Katie Kickbutt Owner and Operator

Katie is AFAA certified in Group Fitness, POUND Fit and Cardio Kickboxing. She has taught a variety of fitness classes in Boston and the South Shore for the past 8+ years! Since college, Katie has been a fitness fanatic.

Realizing the benefits both mentally and physically of being active, Katie wanted to share this with others. Always encouraging her friends, colleagues and family to take a class with her or run a race, she knew she was meant to motivate. In 2011 Katie started her own Bootcamp at a park in Quincy called Katie’s Kickbutt Bootcamp. (Yes, it all started at a park!)

She knows what is like to train hard, reach goals and push herself. Katie has participated and placed in several 5ks, 10ks, sprint duathlons and triathlons. Katie has also participated in 3 natural figure competitions. These competitions taught her the strict dedication and hard work that makes her the great teacher she is today.

Running over 40 classes a week, Katie is highly dedicated to getting you the BEST work outs on the South Shore and hold you accountable along the way. Her motivation, positive energy and commitment to each client makes Commit 2B Fit beyond the rest and the only place to workout on the South Shore! Katie Galantis

She received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut in May 2007.

Katie is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA. Her signature class Total Body Tone and Kettle Bell are sure to Kick your Butt! Katie is motivating and very helpful. She puts her personality into every class she teaches and makes them challenging and fun!



Katie Fitzpatrick

Katie is a perfect fit for the Commit 2B Fit Studio with her energy and enthusiasm for Committing 2B Fit! Katie is super motivating and gives you the best work outs around always making you laugh and have fun while kicking butt!

A active runner and mother of 3 Katie loves working out and it shows it in all her classes.
She is certified through AFAA in Group Fitness.



Melissa O'Donnell Byrne

Cardio Kick Kettle Bell and Boxing Bootcamp Melissa was one of the first C2BF members when the studio opened in October 2012, and joined the staff as an instructor in early 2014. She is certified in Group Fitness through AFAA and also has a specialty certification in Kickboxing, one of her favorite classes to teach! Melissa is a longtime fitness enthusiast and in addition to instructing, you can usually find her running outside, having recently completed the Boston Marathon. She also enjoys being active with her family and sharing her love of fitness with her young daughter. Her class “regulars” love her energy and music selections, and she changes up her formats to keep classes fresh and fun. Melissa’s enthusiasm for fitness and competitive nature make her classes both challenging and rewarding.



Lauren Mancini

I’ve been an athlete my whole life, so the drive to push myself and the people around me has always been a part of my DNA. After getting my Bachelors of Science Degree in Nutrition and becoming a Registered Dietitian, I felt it only made sense to take my passion for fitness and get my AFAA Group Fitness Certification in August 2015. I love to empower others through movement, coaching, high energy and music. I am passionate about evolving into a well-rounded athlete and instructor.  My goal is to combine everything I’ve learned through my years of experience and leave you feeling stronger physically and mentally than when you walked in.

Samantha Cox


Samantha is definitely committed to a healthy lifestyle. Starting at the age of 3 she trained as a dancer in ballet, jazz, and musical theater. When she moved to London at the age of 15 her parents ended up training her in Latin Ballroom as well. She competed professionally for several years. She then moved back to Boston in 1994 and taught ballroom classes part-time as well as choreographed many middle and high school productions.

She teaches Barre finds it as a way to continue using her training to help others lose weight, feel strong and tone up! Come check out a class and get moving!

I first started coming to Commit 2B Fit in April of 2016 and started teaching Pound in August of 2016.
I have always loved fitness. Ever since I was young I have participated in a variety of sports from gymnastics, dance, swimming, basketball, track and soccer. I ended up playing soccer for over 25 years. I lost that love for a few years and was able to gain that love back once I joined the Commit 2B Fit.
The classes I teach are Pound, Strong by Zumba and SparBarre. All of these classes are great cardio workouts and include low weight or body weight exercises. These classes make you Strong not just physically but mentally as well. I enjoy seeing the students faces as they master a move they have been working on. I always tell my students that I am there for them to give them the motivation they need to come to class as well as complete the class no matter what level they are in fitness.


Brianna DeBlasi

Brianna started coming to the studio in June 2017. After her first bootcamp class she knew Commit 2B fit was the place for her!
Her love of fitness began a few years ago after competing in a fitness challenge, hoping to lose weight. She realized the benefits to working out were so much more than just weight loss. It truly changed her life. 
Brianna wanted to share her love for fitness, and motivate others to get committed to being fit! In August 2017 received her AFAA group fitness certification. Since then she also received her Cardio Kick and Circuit training certifcations. She teaches Katie’s Kickbutt Beginners Bootcamp,  Katie’s Kickbutt Bootcamp, and Cardio Core and More. She absolutely loves teaching, and looks forward to seeing you in class!


Julie Forler


Julie has been a member of Commit 2B Fit since 2016. It was only natural for her to evolve into a certified instructor after living in the C2BF studio every day! After being a college athlete, Julie has always maintained a lifestyle filled with fitness and physical activities. She has an incredible passion for kicking butt and making everyone sweat. Julie is now AFAA certified in Group Fitness and soon to be Kickboxing. Come check out her classes and get ready to sweat!

Corinne Perry


Corinne has been practicing Buti yoga for over a year and a half and became an instructor in May of 2017. Her passion for the practice and how much it has helped her lose over 70 pounds in 9 months show in every class she teaches! Corinne had a passion for helping others reach their goals and become their most kickbutt selves!
